Our Mission

To foster mother-daughter relationships in a philanthropic organization committed to community service, leadership development and cultural experiences.

Our History

National Charity League, Inc., incorporated in 1958, is the first Mother Daughter organization of its kind. Currently, we have 168 chapters in 17 states and more than 40,000 members nationwide. Our organization continues to grow and expand.

Our chapter, Pacific Coast, was formed in 1997 by a small group of mothers and daughters in Huntington Beach, California. Today our "active" Chapter has over 225 mothers and daughters. Our alumni/sustainer membership continues to grow and we are appreciative of their ongoing support of our mission.

President's Message

On behalf of Pacific Coast Chapter of the National Charity League, I welcome you to our website. I am proud to serve as the President of a mother-daughter organization that is committed to community service, leadership development and cultural experience. Each year our members contribute time, talent and energy to support our community and local philanthropic partners. Last year we volunteered over 6,300 hands-on hours directly with our sponsored philanthropies, In addition, we provided over $60,000 towards grants and needs-based scholarships within our community. We could not have achieved this level of success without the generous donations of individuals, local businesses and corporations.

If you would like to learn more about our programs and events, please contact us. We would be happy to talk with you about our organization and the many activities we are involved with.

Warm Regards,

Pamela Stephens

Chapter President 2011-2012
